Youth Offending Service

The YOS has a range of prevention programmes which target children and young people identified as being at risk of becoming involved in offending and anti-social behaviour. Programmes include the Youth Inclusion Programme (and Junior YIP) and STEPP (South Tyneside Early Prevention Panels), the local model of Youth Inclusion and Support Panels.
