We think the best place for a young person to grow up is in their own home. So the main aim of our team is to help families with any problems that they have so that young people do not have to come into care.
We don't normally work with looked after young people unless they are at risk of losing their placement that day or there may be the possibility of another move if they were in an out of borough placement.
Sometimes we might help a young person move back home.
