The Complaints Officer is based at Kelly House and deals with all complaints and compliments made by looked after children and young people.
If you are unhappy about your care and would like to talk about it, or if you would like to talk about something good that has happened, she is here to listen.
To make a complaint you could also tell a member of your family or your carer, your Social Worker, someone you trust or one of the Engagement Officers.
Your problem might be sorted out there and then just by talking to someone, but if not, we will look into your complaint further and let you know what happens.
