One to one or group work
Some people like to talk about what is worrying them. Matrix staff
can help you find the best way to work through your problems.
What happens when you come to the
Matrix?
When you visit the Matrix, we will need to ask you some questions
to find out the best way to help you. This is called an assessment.
If needed, you will then be given your own worker for ongoing support.
Anything you say in the session or group will not be shared or passes
on to other people, unless we are worried that you or someone you
know is being hurt or likely to be hurt.
